What was the highlight of Plaza Hotel Lucchesi Firenze
Aesthetic hotel with great views
The room was facing the river, had a beautiful view. The place has a nice feel. The hidden little room with a single bed was a surprise. The location is so close to the bridge, shopping, restuarants. The staff were friendly and helpful, they let us leave our luggage for a couple of days after we checked out as we had to go to Pisa and come back to Florence. The terrace had a view of whole city.
The shower would spill water everywhere, it was annoying. They took a whole day to replace a kettle that did not work.

Charming and comfy, walking distance to most attractions
this hotel, as we remembered from last time was spacious and comfortable. The location is great and within walking distance to everything…including the Uffizi and…shopping

Wonderful
Loved the 2 storey family rooms which were very practically set out. Location is fantastic, walking distance to all the major attractions. Rooftop bar has amazing views and a very relaxed vibe around the pool for sunset drinks. Breakfast had good quality, varied options. Staff were mostly very helpful. We would absolutely return.
One member of staff was particularly unhelpful (repeatedly) at breakfast. To the extent that on day 3 we stopped going there, as she was so unwelcoming. The other breakfast staff were wonderful.
